🐾ProPet Waste Solutions - Terms of Service

1. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for maintaining safe and secure access to the yard. If we are unable to complete a scheduled cleanup due to restricted access, the full service fee will be charged.

Clients must notify us immediately of any changes in the number of pets or other factors that may affect service.

Payment of balances is required promptly as outlined in the billing agreement.

2. Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of hazardous weather conditions that prevent us from performing a scheduled cleanup, we will reschedule and complete the service as soon as possible. We will coordinate with you to arrange a convenient time.

3. Temporary Service Hold

If your pet(s) will not be using the yard for an extended period (such as during vacations or illness), and you wish to pause service temporarily, please notify us in advance to avoid unnecessary charges.

4. Liability Disclaimer

ProPet Waste Solutions assumes no liability for any damages to yards, gates, pets, or other property while performing services.

5. Fees and Promotions

Fees and promotions are subject to change at any time. In the rare event that pricing adjustments are necessary, clients will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to the changes taking effect.

6. Waste Disposal Policy

Our technicians double-bag waste and dispose of it in your city- or county-provided trash bin. If you prefer that we remove the waste from your property, a $5.00 disposal fee will be added per visit and billed accordingly.

7. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate service in writing at any time. Any unpaid balances must be settled within 15 days of termination.

8. Agreement to Terms

By initiating service, both parties agree to these terms and conditions.
